The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently viewing the Fernie 2 Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render services to your community.

SASSA are going to be rendering solutions including new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, as well as the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency explained it truly is alarmed about the higher variety of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The goal in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme status sassa [ICROP] is to reach-out into a substantial amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This really is due to the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no completely functional office focused on service the area every day. The support level produced for intervention experiences a high inflow of probable beneficiaries, which makes it read more difficult for the Workplace to attend to all people who visit a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise additional methods to empower the servicing of all clients and enhance use of Social Assistance services,” the agency said.
